I swear I'm going to murder someone today!

[And it sounds like she means it. But for now that's all she says, mostly from how she's come back from a mallynap.

Today there is one Yuffie, hanging by her shirt, crossing her arms to keep her arms pulling her shirt down. As to what she's hanging by, it is of course her shuriken. Another reason why she's not moving, or trying to move too much. The thing could slice right through her shirt. And what is the shuriken hanging from? Well, it's neatly set into a tree, quite high up too.

Now normally, Yuffie would have absolutely no trouble with something like this, but with her problem, she can't even reach for a branch or two to hang on to to see if she could slide away from the sharp object. Even trying with one hand earns no result. Usually she can do lift herself up on one hand easily, but right now, her hand just keeps slipping.

If this keeps up for too long, she'll just wait 'till someone spots her, or it's night time, and will have no problem hiding after slipping from the shuriken.

Either way, this ninja is pissed.

[Well, she'd come help you down Yuffie, but as the video plainly shows she's got two broken legs.]

What's happened? Are you alright?

Elizabeth looks up the tree at the dangling girl and tilts her head regarding her with an odd curiosity.

"You do know that does not look like a comfortable way of hanging."

And there is a pissed off ninja staring down at this new person with her best lineface on, and a very monotone voice.

"I know. If I could've chosen, I wouldn't be hanging at all."

You know, Elizabeth likes line facers, so she smiles broadly and nods.

"I see! Then if you were to jump, would you trust me to catch you?"

[Ouch. Normally Yuffie would ask what happened, but she's a bit peeved at the moment.]

I am hanging from my shuriken, and I can't do a damn thing about it.

While yes, she knows she could jump off the tree, but that will lead to the one thing that she was trying to avoid.

"I can jump and land just fine...my shirt is the problem"

Yuffie? Um...how far up are you exactly? [She doesn't know if she can help get her down.]

Maybe...a good eight feet?

[Well, not awful. She bets she can climb that tree though.]

Need a hand then? I can handle eight feet.

All I need is an extra shirt.

[She's whining now, yup. She just wants to get down and punch something.]

I'll bring one. Just hold on. [She closes her journal, and grabs an extra shirt out of a drawer, heading out the door as fast as she can, letting Saori know before she leaves that she's going to help Yuffie.]

[She arrives several minutes later, waving up at her.]

Hey! I'll be up in a second okay?

You can't reach? Where are you?

[Yuffie will shake her head at that, and reach out her arm.]

I can get down no problem. I just need the shirt.

"It is within my power to cut the metal star from the tree. If that is done with care your clothing should suffer only minor damage I believe."

I'm in a tree...They put it so if I move too much, I do a faceplant without a shirt...

"Don't you dare do anything to my shuriken!"

She is protective of that thing almost as much as materia.

"I was more thinking of damaging the tree."

She shrugs a bit.

"...That would be fine then."

She doesn't give a damn about a tree.

Alright, if you say so! [She throws the shirt up at Yuffie's out stretched hand. Hopefully she catches it! Yuuna's aim isn't so great sometimes...]

Elizabeth nods, her eyes twinkle golden in an almost disturbing way as she plucks a glowing card out of the air and a giant black THING that could be half nightmare with a cape made of coffins appears, floats up to Yuffie's face and stares her in the eyes.

"Thanatos, please handle this."

The thing then draws a sword and flies into the sky for a second, before tossing the sword at the top of the tree and bisecting it into two halves centering on the shuriken.

[Even like this she doesn't have too much trouble catching the shirt, and hold it in front of her. Then she manages to twist in such a way that her shirt is cut enough in the back to make her fall.

Now normally she'd land on her feet, but she stumbles into a faceplant, and she has no idea how to deal with that...so she just stays there. But on the good side, her chest is covered!]

Well, I can't come help you. But I can send a shirt to you, or I can send a bird to get rid of the shuriken.

Yuffie watches this all in complete facination. She has a friend that was sleeping in a coffin when they first met. And this is almost like a summon, so Yuffie's anger is almost gone! This is actually quite interesting. And until the shuriken moves, she's just watching.
