[Since the start of all this, Yuffie has made her way through just about everywhere.

Places like the Space Opera didn't last long. Not only was having a bubble surrounding her head weird, but she had to go inside when she had the bad luck of needing to scratch her nose, or do anything useful. And it didn't take long before she wanted to hit the stupid head bubble against anything hard. By then, it was time to leave.

She did decide to run right through the Ice Age, and The Nile. Too cold, and way to hot, but with someone like Yuffie? Who wouldn't have fun in the Gangland? Besides the uncomfortable girl suit, it was quite fun to be up some random gangsters that started a fight because she looked at them funny. One of them could possibly still be found tied to a streetlight....by his hand. She isn't that cruel.

But when she found the Shogunate, she was very pleased! While arriving at night she happily found herself in a ninja outfit. Those all black ones, which she had a lot of fun with, running from those samurai until they got themselves lost, but all of that fun ended when the sun came up...Suddenly, at quite possibly at the worst time, her outfit changes into a kimono. Not even into one of those short, practical ones that are easy to walk in. Nooo, it was in fact one of those that takes hours to get out of, along with the most awkward shoes possible. How does that end, well...

The journal finally picks up her awkward steps going from harder ground, to grass, then quite a lot of yelling as she tries not to fall, but fails. Then there goes the journal-]

No no no no! Don't you dare fall into the water!

[...At least the incoming splash never happens. Though the once ninja can now be found trying really hard to getthose shoes off. (Which is much harder than it should be, with all those layers of clothing in the way) then trying, trying to get up and fetch her journal. Nothing is going well...]

I have a feeling that you'd do something harsher if they were really annoying. [She WILL get it out...or until he's ticked off at her enough.]

I don't. I don't really want to be stuck here either.

Yeah, Luceti. Only during these...experiments this place is fun. I'm bored to death the rest of the time.

No good reason...It's just fun to hear grumpy looking people say they had fun. [She tries it on Vinny all the time, with no results...]

You have a strange definition for fun. [He shoots her a look, but also uses the movement to look behind to see if anyone is following after him. The changed village is odd to navigate, but he knows he has to run into the river sooner or later, which will lead them to the spring-like region.]

You're already bored? [How the hell did she manage that?]

Maybe! But it gives me something to laugh about! [Wow, no comeback about the grumpy bit. Awesome.]

I was doing something everyday back home to keep me busy, but there's nothing to do here! [Hey, she was bored at week two.]

[He's unfortunately heard the grumpy bit often enough to ignore it most of the time. He ends up rolling his eyes at Yuffie's response.]

So it all comes together as doing strange things to not be bored around here. Time to pick up some hobbies.

[Well, rolling his eyes at her is better than a glare, so she'll take it!]

I can't sit or stand around too long for most hobbies. I'm only good at that for a job. [And hobbies aren't as fun as her jobs.]

[Oh good, he can hear the river. At least that part hadn't been transformed, even if the roads now had those vehicles and such on them. He walks a little closer so the river is in sight while he continues south.]

"Jobs"? What are you, a mercenary? [After the variety of people ~~and ponies~~ he'd seen around, he really wouldn't be surprised.]

[Oh good te river! Even Yuffie know that means a nice change of scenery soon.

But that comment? Earns a 'really??' stare.] Yeah, because I look so much like one...

No! I'm a ninja, and I do spying jobs!

I could have asked if you were a babysitter. [That's mostly for the stare, not her retort.]

You're a little loud for a spy. [Understatement much?]

That would've at least been funnier.

That's because I'm not spying on anyone right now. I can be as loud as I want! [So says her voice!!]

[He says nothing to the bit about being funnier. If he was trying to be funny, he would have been funny. Maybe. ...Mostly likely not.]

Naturally loud. [Like a certain bubbleheaded fluffbrain Orerines he happened to know. ...It was surprisingly easy to make the comparison.] So you're only quiet when paid. [That somehow sounds ridiculous.]

[Fiiine. She'll drop it...for now.]

Yeah, so? There's nothing wrong with that...and I can be quiet when I want to. Getting paid for it just makes it easier.

I was just thinking what a shame it is there's no currency in this place. [Was that an insult? ...Probably.]

[If it was, she doesn't notice.] And that just means free materia for me!

Materia? [Lo and behold, he doesn't recognize the term.]

[You've met her before, and don't know what materia is?! This needs to be remedied.

But sadly, since she is without a weapon or her normal clothes, he gets that fun scene of one shiny green ball coming from right out of her arm. Then she holds it out for him to see.]

You stick those things into your body to use magic?

Not usually. It's better to put them on weapons or other equipment. But I couldn't even find my weapon when I woke up after this all started.
