So it's official. You know you're bored out of your mind when you start talking to a book to look for entertainment. It almost makes you sound like a loony person.

So I've been here a week, and...nothing. I have a normal, boring life!! I thought interesting things were supposed to happen here, but all I've done is find a place to live, and listened to a book. I'M GOING CRAZY!

...I guess two things here have me wondering...Can someone here tell me how 7th Heaven was named? There's a bar back home named that, and in a place like this, I'm gonna guess that it's not a coincidence. Was a girl named Tifa here at some point?

Next, I actually found materia! Three of 'em! So now I know Vincent wasn't looking for them. BUT if you see a big tree with a good sized hole going right through it, just thought I should tell you that was my bad. The tree seems okay though...there's still leaves on it...

Now what are you supposed to say when that's all you gotta say on this thing? That's all? The end? Over and out?

[So after Yuffie's ramblings over the journals, it's not hard to spot the ninja running around the village. She's decided to go on her own made up mission. And what kind of mission might that be you ask? Well...there's no organization to it at all, she's just looking for someone fun to talk to, or mess with.

How? Well she's gotten bored enough to tie a materia to some invisible string, and dangle it from a tree she's sorta hiding in. (You won't see her unless you're looking) Now what will you do with this random shiny thing floating in mid-air, hm? It's oh so very tempting.

If that yeilds boring results, later in the day there is a ninja stalking you. You might just be getting some food, taking a walk in the woods, or even in your house. But wherever you are, there just migtht be a ninja watching you, and if you're good enough, you might just spot her. She's curious as to why no one else is going stir crazy like her, and is only watching to see what others do for fun. It's not for any creepy sort of reason, really!]

That's good! Still, I'm sure there will be people willing to spar with you and capable of doing so. I've heard some people have been here for a long time.

Yeah, just met someone who's been here for three years...

... It's funny, normally I don't think much of three years or so, but here it feels as if it was a whole lifetime. No good at all.

I bet. Even a week feels like forever here.

Specially if you have nothing to do... I'm sorry I can't think up of things for you to do, having nothing to do normally isn't a problem for me.

Well, what do you usually do for fun here?

I take a walk and enjoy the landscape, it's not easy to see something so pretty back in the city.

[He laughs a bit.]

But I meant that I don't have any problems with no having anything to do, being able to sit down and relax, have a peaceful life without worries... That is something I really like.

...You grew up living like that didn't you?

[he laughs carefully. His answer, though, lacks any laugh on it.]

No. Not really.

[He grew up wishing for that life, but since the beginning that was an impossible. He still tried his best to get some of that peace though. Specially after he learned to stop hating everything because of what had been thrown on his shoulders.]

Then how the heck can you stand it?

[She grew up always busy, and she likes it. So you sir, makes no sense.]

I didn't grow up like this, but I always wished I could have a life like this. Guess that's how.

I just busy myself with little things and enjoy the rest of the time... At least as much as we can here.

[He chuckles.]

...Why would you want a life like this?

Well, maybe not exactly the way it is here, there are still many bad things about it. But it's close enough.

As to why... Why not?

[He has his reasons but he's not going to share them.]

I don't get it.

Maybe you're thinking about it in a complicated way? Or maybe I'm simplifying it too much.

[A small chuckle.]

Maybe I just can't see relaxing as fun..?

Yeah, that may be so. It's normal though, people often tend to prefer to keep moving and doing things, life is so short that they just don't think they have time to waste by sitting and relaxing for long. And doing that also makes one think about things, many people just don't like to think.

I guess I'm really a freak regarding that.

[There's a chuckle but it's slightly humorless.]

I'm just used to having a busy life, and it's fun for me.

I wouldn't say that. I know a few people like you.

Being busy can be fun, I won't deny it. But I still think that sitting back and relaxing is fun as well in it's own way. It doesn't matter anyway, as long as you live the way you prefer to.

People like me? That's good, now I know that I'm not too much of a freak.

True. It's better just to live the life you want, to be happy.

Hey, I know a guy who was asleep for over ten years, and was perfectly happy that way. I don't think anyone can be called a freak here.

Ten years sleeping?

I like to relax and sleep, but I don't think I could manage to do that.

Really, that's good then. I mean, if there's a story behind it, it probably means that normally he doesn't sleep for ten years each time. Otherwise you would have a hard time waking him up, wouldn't you?

There's a story behind it...but he doesn't like me spilling his past that he seems to really hate. His name is Vincent though, so you can try asking him. [Oh she is so dead now..]

Well, I'm not even sure he sleeps now...he's quiet at night at least.

[Not really, Yoh isn't the kind to pry easily into things so... He notes the name but with no intention of going to ask or even talk to him.]

Maybe he slept so much that he doesn't need to now.
